Please use these forms for all Chapter marketing requests, including: website postings, newsletter articles, email messages, and social media posts. Prior to your submission, we ask that you review the tools below for identifying the best location for your message as well as ensuring that your message is consistent within our brand voice and tone. Newsletter is scheduled to be sent out the 1st Wednesday of each month. To ensure your article is included, submissions should be turned in no later than the deadline sent by the editor, Amy Beilke - typically 2 weeks before the publish date.

New e-blast standard turn-around time: 1 week.
To submit content for social media posts, please click here.
Social media post standard turn-around time: 48 hours. Unless urgent matter during business hours, 1-2 hours.

Standard turn-around time for website content updates: 3 Business day(s).
• Determine which type of information you need to communicate by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink above. This will then open a new email within your computer’s default email application which automatically inserts fields you’ll need to provide information for.
• Some email applications do not separate the email addresses properly (certain versions of outlook). You may need to separate each address by semicolons to remove the error.
• Be sure to enter information for all fields within the subject line and email body to ensure the most efficient completion time.
• Staff member(s) will respond with any questions regarding your submission and then confirm the final copy prior to posting or emailing.
